This plant and its fruits have another name — “alligator pear”. The avocado tree sometimes reaches 18 meters in height. The trunk is usually straight and strongly branched.

1 avocado, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons cilantro

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons olive oil

100 g Greek yogurt


Put the ingredients in a chopper bowl and grind to the desired consistency. You can add it to your salad.
